Newcastle Corner
Project description Located at the entrance to KZNs third largest city (Newcastle), the 10 000m Newcastle Corner convenience shopping centre development is well underway.

It is on a prized site on the corner of the highly visible and busy intersection of Allen Street and Memel Road (R34), which links Newcastle to Johannesburg.

Newcastle Corner has secured SuperSpar as the anchor tenant a leading national retail brands. It will be home to the first SuperSpar in Newcastle.

The centre will have around 30 stores, eateries and service offerings and bring great convenience shopping for locals and visitors.

The new centre is being developed as part of a growing new node outside the Newcastle CBD. Part of the front section of the property is already home to a Sasol Service Station and four stand-alone restaurants, including a McDonalds Drive Thru, Chicken Licken Drive Thru, Ocean Basket and Nandos.
