Country Mall
Project description Dalpark Country Mall is part of an integrated mixed use development, that is set to change the current commercial, business, office, residential and value retails activities in the Brakpan region. The site is strategically located in the established Carnival node of the Eastrand.

The mall will add depth and variety to the retail on offer in the area, and will be easily accessed via Heidelberg Road from the N17 by residents of Wattville and Sunward Park, those coming from the Brakpan CBD as well as residents of the area south of Boundary Road. With the Badenhorst Lifestyle Estate also backing onto the Dalpark site, there is a concentration of population in close proximity. A secondary road giving access to the new centres is planned and will lend further strength to the already excellent accessibility of the location.

We aim to create a one-stop shop for upper and middle income residents of the area, and beyond. They must be able to visit Dalpark Country Mall, and enjoy a good day of varied shopping without having to drive anywhere else. Convenience, comfort and safety are very high on our list of priorities
