Two mall developments for rural Limpopo worth R300m

Two new rural mall projects totalling R300 million are being undertaken in Limpopo.


An artist’s impression of Steilloop Shopping Centre in Limpopo, which is undergoing a R150 million revamp and expansion.
This is according to Gavin Tagg, managing director of Retail Network Services (RNS), who says following the success of the Mahwelereng Shopping Centre, their first project with Pretoria-based GMI Property Group in Limpopo, RNS is now working with the group on these new projects.


The developments are set to benefit rural communities in Limpopo by not only bringing quality shopping to their doorsteps, but creating jobs and helping to retain valuable spend in rural areas.
